How do I work with buyers?

I  will discuss and assess your objectives with you, your family needs in the most suitable neighborhoods.  We find you the property type that is most suitable and ensure the timing of the purchase is perfect.

How do I do this?  I get to know my clients, what you want in a home, an area, the schools, community amenities.  I walk you through the home buying process.  I work with buyers who are buying for the first time as well as seasoned buyers who have bought many homes.  We will define communication channels, manage all of the paperwork for the purchase and assist in connecting you with lenders, and other professional services necessary to buy a home.   I tell my clients I want them to be active participants in the process, I use technology to serve us well including MLS, social media, and our off-market inventory of properties only accessible through my Brokerage.

I accompany you to every home you see, and we discuss the pros and cons of each one and prepare you to make an offer on the one that most appropriate.  Once we have an offer on the table I will negotiate to ensure the best price through market analysis and strategies that will make your offer the winner.

Once an offer is accepted I will walk you through the escrow process.   New laws related to loans and escrow have made this phase even more critical to finalizing the purchase and I am on top of the timelines to ensure everything flows and there are no holdups.

Once we close I stay in touch to ensure you are settling into your new home and assist in matters such as home warranty questions, resolve any repairs,  connect you with vendors you may need such as contractors, home services (pool. lawn, cleaning, etc.).
